Mitch Smith, DVM
Dr. Smith has been a vital part of Holly Pond Animal Clinic for 20 years. Dr. Smith received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation, he worked for Arab Veterinary Hospital in Arab, Alabama before joining Holly Pond Animal Clinic.
In the field of veterinary science, Dr. Smith’s particular interest is in cattle. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Alabama Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Smith and his wife, Shelia, have three children, Payden, Parker, and Isaac. When he is not busy taking care of animals at the clinic, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
